wohnvoll Gets the Green Light – City Council Approves Zoning Resolution

Ginsheim-Gustavsburg/Frankfurt, November 2025
Last week, wohnvoll and the city hosted a citizen information event – and just one day later, the next major milestone was reached: the city council voted in favor of the zoning resolution.
This decision clears the way for the planned residential project on Münchner Straße to move into the next phase. The concept includes 77 barrier-free apartments, two assisted living communities, day care services, a café-bistro, generous communal spaces, and a dedicated mobility program. The goal: modern, independent living for older adults with flexible, on-demand services.
Mayor Thorsten Siehr commented:
“We’re delighted with this decision. Now things can really get underway. This project marks an important step toward contemporary senior living in our city.”
Dirk Neugebauer, Head of Development at wohnvoll AG, added:
“We’re thrilled with the clear vote. The zoning resolution gives us planning security – and now we can move forward together with the city.”
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026.
