At wohnvoll AG, we have exciting news to share! With great enthusiasm, we are announcing the wohnvoll village in Michelbach near Schwäbisch Hall. This innovative housing concept will be realized on a generous 16,500 square meter site.
On the approximately 15,000 square meter site in Heidenheim/Schnaitheim, a new neighborhood is emerging that combines affordable housing for families, couples, and singles with service apartments for seniors.
The flat-share bridges the gap between less care-intensive, traditional assisted living and stationary care that targets seniors with higher care levels. Unlike daycare, residents are continuously cared for here, and can live with other seniors in a well-connected community.
An important cornerstone in the care offered by wohnvoll villages is an integrated day care concept. In this article, we would like to briefly and succinctly explain what effective day care looks like at our facility and what makes wohnvoll special in this regard.
The population structure in Germany is changing. The number of people aged at least 60 has risen by 27 percent in the past nine years, and with it the need for housing suitable for senior citizens.
