The flat-share bridges the gap between less care-intensive, traditional assisted living and stationary care that targets seniors with higher care levels. Unlike daycare, residents are continuously cared for here, and can live with other seniors in a well-connected community.
We are very attractive for a local community because we build for the older generation in an affordable, beautiful and forthcoming environment without forcing the residents to move.
We build properties with a high design standard, with higher-quality facades that are for example bricked, with balconies that are integrated into the building instead of being placed in front of it. We plan windows that are as large as possible to provide the rooms with plenty of light.
