Strong Interest in Second Citizen Information Event on the wohnvoll Project in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg

Ginsheim-Gustavsburg, November 2025
A full house at the Ginsheim community center: Numerous residents attended yesterday’s second citizen information event to learn about the current status of the wohnvoll project in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg.
Following approval by the city council and municipal committees, representatives of the city and wohnvoll AG presented the next steps and the concept for the planned residential project on Münchner Straße.
The wohnvoll project in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg will include 77 barrier-free apartments, including two assisted living communities – complemented by day care, a café-bistro, communal spaces, and its own mobility services. The goal is to enable older people to live independently with services available as needed.
Mayor Thorsten Siehr emphasized: “wohnvoll stands for living independently and barrier-free in old age – in familiar surroundings and integrated into our city community. The strong interest shows that this topic resonates with many and that we are on the right track.”
Dirk Neugebauer, Head of Development at wohnvoll, added: “With wohnvoll, we create places where older people can live independently but never alone. Community, security, and joy of life are inseparable for us.”
After the presentation, representatives of the city and wohnvoll AG answered numerous questions from residents – including those about the construction schedule, rental prices, and funding opportunities.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026.
