The wohnvoll villages in Bad Bevensen and Goslar are fully rented as of November 1st, just in time for their one-year anniversary!
However, the journey wasn't easy: starting with a vacancy rate of 20% in a challenging market environment, the team in Bad Bevensen took on the challenge. With 59 available apartments and five vacant hotel rooms, we turned obstacles into opportunities through dedicated efforts. We merged and renovated spaces to offer a total of 60 rented apartments. Similarly, in Goslar, we created a wonderful community through creative marketing strategies and flexible living solutions.
