Successful Conclusion of a Lease Agreement for the wohnvoll Village in Höhr-Grenzhausen near Koblenz.
The Meyer Unternehmensgruppe and wohnvoll AG have entered into a long-term lease agreement for 25 years for the wohnvoll village that is already under construction in Höhr-Grenzhausen near Koblenz. Currently, on approximately 12,000 square meters of residential and functional space, a variety of housing and care options, along with corresponding services, are being developed for the 65+ generation.
A total of 142 comfortable and barrier-free apartments are being built to enable independent living for seniors. In addition, a care community with 24 places is integrated, offering individual support in a communal atmosphere.A modern day care facility with various activities tailored to the individual abilities and interests of the visitors is being planned. A restaurant will also be available to the residents.
The unique characteristic of the project lies not only in its size but also in its quality and design. For its wohnvoll villages, wohnvoll AG has developed its own "wohnvoll look & feel" that represents comfort and quality of life, and this concept is being implemented in Höhr-Grenzhausen as well.The integration of design and innovative technologies places the needs and expectations of the residents at the forefront. With the introduction of the wohnvoll app, residents will have the opportunity to interact conveniently, organize neighborhood activities, and receive important notifications.
