Harbor festival in Bergkamen: A complete success for our team!
Last weekend, we proudly presented our wohnvoll village Bergkamen at the Marina Rünthe harbor festival. We were able to welcome numerous visitors to our stand in bright sunshine and an exuberant atmosphere. Our innovative concept of modern serviced living in a lively community met with great interest, and we had the opportunity to introduce our project to many curious guests.

In an emergency, help is available at all times so that our residents can live with peace of mind. Despite the comprehensive range of services, the self-determination of our residents remains paramount. Every resident has the freedom to organize their everyday life according to their own ideas and to decide which services they would like to make use of. We provide support where necessary and create space for individual development.
Many visitors took the opportunity to ask Susanne Thomanek, our village manager, and Natalie Riebel, our head of care services, for detailed information about our rental offers and to make initial inquiries. We were particularly pleased to receive a visit from the mayor of Bergkamen, Bernd Schäfer, who also took a look at our concept and assured us of his support. Our sales team on site was delighted with the positive feedback and is looking forward to processing the numerous rental inquiries in the coming days.

The Marina Rünthe harbor festival was a great success for us and an excellent platform to present our wohnvoll concept to a wide audience.
